Lin McNair (BC-HIS) (ACA) is a
hearing instrument specialist. She is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Science and has
recently achieved ACA certification. This is an upper
division-undergraduate educational program earning 15 semester hours
of college credit. Her services include testing, fitting, programming,
adjustments, counseling and minor repairs on hearing aids.

Marguerite Fuller, our office manager, answers the telephone, does
accounting, deals with insurance companies, works with the hearing
aids, and makes our schedules work. She has been working in the
hearing aid industry since 1968.

|
Our staff audiologist has a Master’s degree in Audiology
and meets all of the insurance requirements necessary for Blue Cross
and all other insurance companies.

|
|
We are all veterans in our field. All of us counsel, advise and
teach our hearing aid users various but necessary new aspects of
hearing aid use. We expect this will lead to eventual enrichment of
their lives.
